How does the free month work?
Your first month of membership is on us — you only pay for your groceries. After that, membership continues at the standard rate unless you cancel.
Can I pause or skip a week?
Yes. Skip a delivery, pause or cancel anytime from your account. There are no lock-ins.
Is the food included in the membership?
No — membership covers your personal grocery concierge, your personalised weekly basket and free delivery. You pay for the groceries you keep in your basket.
How do you choose what goes in my box?
Your taste quiz tells us what your household loves, avoids and is curious about. We use it to suggest a basket each week that you can edit, approve, or simply leave as is.
When will I see my suggested basket?
The Sunday before your delivery. Add or remove anything before noon Friday.
Where do you deliver?
Across Sydney’s inner west, with more delivery days and areas being added through 2027.
Where does the food come from?
Direct from our network of 600+ Australian farmers and producers, picked in peak season.
